Common use of Insurance Required Clause in Contracts

Insurance Required. At all times throughout the Lease Term, including, when indicated herein, during the Construction Period, if any, the Company shall, at its sole cost and expense, maintain or cause to be maintained insurance against such risks and for such amounts as are customarily insured against by facilities of like size and type and shall pay or cause to be paid, as the same become due and payable, all premiums with respect thereto, including, but not necessarily limited to:

Insurance Required. At all times throughout the Lease Term, including, when indicated herein, during the Construction Period, if any, the Company Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, maintain or cause to be maintained insurance against such risks risks, and for such amounts amounts, as are customarily insured against by facilities businesses of like size and type and shall pay or cause to be paidpay, as the same become due and payable, all premiums with respect thereto. Such insurance shall include, includingwithout limitation, the following (but not necessarily limited to:without duplication of insurance provided by the Company pursuant to the Lease Agreement covering the same risks and insured(s)):
