Common use of Insurance Reports Clause in Contracts

Insurance Reports. (i) At any time after a Default and upon the request of the Administrative Agent, a certificate signed by a Duly Authorized Officer that summarizes the property, casualty, liability and malpractice insurance policies carried by the Borrower, and (ii) written notification of any material change in any such insurance by the Borrower within five (5) Business Days after receipt of any notice (whether formal or informal) of such change by any of its insurers.
