Insurance Duration. Contractor/Consultant agrees to procure and maintain for the duration of the Contract, including any extensions, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work under this Contract by Contractor/Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or Subcontractors.

  • Insurance or Other Medical Coverage Patient acknowledges and understands that this Agreement is not an insurance plan, and not a substitute for health insurance or other health plan coverage (such as membership in an HMO).
