Insurance Coverages and Benefits. Executive shall be eligible to participate in such insurance plans (including, but not limited to, healthcare, dental, life, and disability) and all other benefits, if any, as are made available from time to time by the Company to its executive officers, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans, as may be amended, modified or terminated from time to time.

Insurance Coverages and Benefits. 4.1 MEDICAL, VISION AND DENTAL INSJ}RANCE: Jn addition to other benefits provided under this Agreement, SBBC shall provide health (Enhanced HMO), vision (Basic), dental insurance (Enhanced DHMO), and other flexible benefits to the Superintendent ruid his family dwing the entire term of this Agreement to the extent same is available from time to time to S�BC's other 12-month administrative employees. The costs of all such insurance coverages and other benefits so provided to the Superintendent and his family shall be paid for by SBBC.

  • Insurance Coverages The Contractor shall procure and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, in a form and content satisfactory to City, during the entire term of this Agreement including any extension thereof, the following policies of insurance which shall cover all elected and appointed officers, employees and agents of City:

  • Insurance Coverage The Company and each Subsidiary maintains in full force and effect insurance coverage that is customary for comparably situated companies for the business being conducted and properties owned or leased by the Company and each Subsidiary, and the Company reasonably believes such insurance coverage to be adequate against all liabilities, claims and risks against which it is customary for comparably situated companies to insure.

  • Insurance and Benefits Company shall allow Executive to participate in each employee benefit plan and to receive each executive benefit that Company provides for senior executives at the level of Executive's position.

  • REINSURANCE COVERAGE Reinsurance under this Agreement will apply to insurance issued by the Ceding Company on the Plans of Insurance shown in Schedule A. Such Plans of Insurance shall be reinsured with the Reinsurer on an automatic basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section A below, or on a facultative basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section B below, or on a facultative obligatory basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section C below. The specifications for all reinsurance under this Agreement are provided in Schedule B.

  • Insurance Benefits Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable in connection with the Property, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements, and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Property or any part thereof) out of such Insurance Proceeds.

  • Long-Term Disability Insurance 250. The City, at its own cost, shall provide to employees a Long Term Disability (LTD) benefit that provides, after a one hundred and eighty (180) day elimination period, sixty percent salary (60%) (subject to integration) up to age sixty-five (65). Employees who are receiving or who are eligible to receive LTD shall be eligible to participate in the City's Catastrophic Illness Program as set forth in the ordinance governing such program.

  • Life and Disability Insurance The Company will provide term life and disability insurance payable to the Employee, in each case in an amount up to a maximum of one times the Employee’s base salary in effect from time to time, provided however, that such amount will be reduced by the amount of any life insurance or death or disability benefit coverage, as applicable, that is provided to the Employee under any other benefit plans or arrangements of the Company. Such policies will be in accordance with the Company’s standard policies from time to time with respect to such insurance and the rules established for individual participation in such plans and under applicable law.

  • Disability Insurance The Company shall maintain, at its cost, supplemental renewable long-term disability insurance as agreed to by the Company and the Executive.

  • Continuation Coverage Consistent with state and federal laws, certain employees, former employees, dependents, and former dependents may continue group health, dental, and/or life coverage at their own expense for a fixed length of time.
