Insurance Coverage and Benefits. Beginning on the Start Date, the Company shall provide Executive, at the Company's expense, coverage under the major medical, hospitalization, disability and other insurance programs maintained by the Company for its officers generally, or if none is made for its officers generally, its employees generally, including any benefit plans that are provided by the Company subsequent to the date of this Agreement. In addition, Executive shall receive on the Start Date all other Company-provided benefits, including sick pay benefits, that are, from time to time, made available by the Company to its officers generally or, if not made to its officers generally, its employees generally. Executive shall be entitled to four weeks paid vacation each year.

In addition, Employee shall receive all other Company-provided benefits, including sick pay benefits and vacation time, that are, from time to time, made available by the Company to its operating officers generally or, if not made to its operating officers generally, its employees generally. Employee agrees that the Company retains the right to establish compensation, benefits and working conditions for all of its officers or employees and to change, modify or delete any aspects of its current or future compensation, benefits and working conditions in its sole discretion. Employee shall initially be entitled to three weeks of paid vacation per year.

  • Insurance and Benefits Company shall allow Executive to participate in each employee benefit plan and to receive each executive benefit that Company provides for senior executives at the level of Executive's position.

  • Insurance Coverage The Company and each Subsidiary maintains in full force and effect insurance coverage that is customary for comparably situated companies for the business being conducted and properties owned or leased by the Company and each Subsidiary, and the Company reasonably believes such insurance coverage to be adequate against all liabilities, claims and risks against which it is customary for comparably situated companies to insure.

  • REINSURANCE COVERAGE Reinsurance under this Agreement will apply to insurance issued by the Ceding Company on the Plans of Insurance shown in Schedule A. Such Plans of Insurance shall be reinsured with the Reinsurer on an automatic basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section A below, or on a facultative basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section B below, or on a facultative obligatory basis, subject to the requirements set forth in Section C below. Such policies will be in accordance with the Company’s standard policies from time to time with respect to such insurance and the rules established for individual participation in such plans and under applicable law.

  • Long-Term Disability Insurance 250. The City, at its own cost, shall provide to employees a Long Term Disability (LTD) benefit that provides, after a one hundred and eighty (180) day elimination period, sixty percent salary (60%) (subject to integration) up to age sixty-five (65). Employees who are receiving or who are eligible to receive LTD shall be eligible to participate in the City's Catastrophic Illness Program as set forth in the ordinance governing such program.

  • Health Benefits The method for determining the Employer bi-weekly contributions to the cost of employee health insurance programs under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) will be as follows:

  • Health Insurance Benefits To the extent provided by the federal COBRA law or, if applicable, state insurance laws, and by the Company’s current group health insurance policies, Executive will be eligible to continue Executive’s group health insurance benefits at Executive’s own expense. If Executive timely elects continued coverage under COBRA, the Company shall pay Executive’s COBRA premiums, and any applicable Company COBRA premiums, necessary to continue Executive’s then-current coverage for a period of 18 months after the date of Executive’s termination of employment; provided, however, that any such payments will cease if Executive voluntarily enrolls in a health insurance plan offered by another employer or entity during the period in which the Company is paying such premiums. Executive agrees to immediately notify the Company in writing of any such enrollment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that it cannot provide the foregoing benefit without potentially incurring financial costs or penalties under applicable law (including, without limitation, Section 2716 of the Public Health Service Act), the Company shall in lieu thereof provide to Executive a taxable monthly amount to continue his group health insurance coverage in effect on the date of separation from service (which amount shall be based on the premium for the first month of COBRA coverage), which payments shall be made regardless of whether Executive elects COBRA continuation coverage and shall commence in the month following the month in which Executive incurs a separation from service and shall end on the earlier of (x) the date on which Executive voluntarily enrolls in a health insurance plan offered by another employer or entity during the period in which the Company is paying such amounts and (y) 18 months after the date of Executive’s separation from service.
