Common use of Insurance Costs Clause in Contracts

Insurance Costs. a. If Contractor elects not to participate in a combined placement for a particular insurance policy, Contractor shall not be reimbursed or otherwise compensated (through adjustments to Block Hour Rates, reconciliation amounts, amounts in respect of the Cost Factor or otherwise) for any Excess Insurance Costs with respect to such policy.

If Contractor elects not to participate in a combined placement for a particular insurance Aviation Insurance policy, Contractor shall not be reimbursed or otherwise compensated (through adjustments to Block Hour Ratesblock hour rates, reconciliation amounts, amounts in respect of the Cost Factor or otherwise) for any Excess Insurance Costs with respect to such policypolicy or for any costs of such policy that are in excess of the Average Peer Group Rate.
