Insurance Benefits for Part-Time Employees. All health and :insurance benefit premiums costs paid by the Employer shall in accordance with the proration formula under Article of this Agreement. The Employer agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the billed rate, whichever is applicable, of the premium for the Province of Ontario. This shall be payable by the Employer to all present employees on the basis of their current part- icipation in the plan through the Company payroll and to all new employees who join the Group. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium of semi-private coverage.
Insurance Benefits for Part-Time Employees. 1. All members of the bargaining unit hired prior to July 1, 2016, under contract for 17 or more but fewer than 20 hours/week shall be eligible for full benefits of any/all portions of the insurance package, with the Board paying 50% of the premium.
