INSURANCE AND RETIREMENT BENEFITS. 7.1 The County agrees to provide eligible Employees and their eligible dependents with Hospitalization, Medical and Major Medical Insurance through the New Jersey State Health Benefits Program or to provide equivalent or better health benefits coverage through a self-insurance program or independent insurance carrier. The health benefits program premium costs for said programs shall be consistent with P.L. 2010fully paid by the County except that in the election of the Health Maintenance Organization Medigroup Program, c. 2an eligible employee shall continue to be required to pay, through payroll deductions, the difference in cost, if any, between standard Hospital/Medical coverage and HMO coverage.
