INSURANCE AND OTHER BENEFIT PLANS. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s hospitalization, medical, dental, long term disability, group-term life and other similar insurance plans as they may exist and be generally available to the Company’s employees from time to time in accordance with the terms of such plans.

Participation by or inclusion of the Executive in any benefit plan maintained by the Company shall be provided only to the extent that the Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the applicable plan and, if required pursuant to the plan, the employee meets any insurance underwriting or other conditions validly required by the provider or carrier of the plan or the contracts, policies, or other terms of eligibility or participation issued in connection with the plan.

INSURANCE AND OTHER BENEFIT PLANS. Subject to applicable law, during the term of this Agreement, the Company shall permit Broad River to become a participating employer in Broad River's employee medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, savings, pension, profit sharing and deferred compensation plans and any and all other employee welfare or benefit plans as are presently and hereinafter offered by the Company to its executives during the Service Period (the "BENEFIT PLANS"). The Company shall amend the Benefit Plans to permit Broad River's participation therein, subject to applicable law.
INSURANCE AND OTHER BENEFIT PLANS. During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s insurance and other benefit plans as they may exist from time to time on the same basis as is generally offered by the Company for senior executives.

Participation by or inclusion of the Executive in any benefit plan maintained by the Company shall be provided only to the extent that the Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the applicable plan and, if required pursuant to the plan, the Executive meets any insurance underwriting or other conditions validly required by the provider or carrier of the plan or the contracts, policies, or other terms of eligibility or participation issued in connection with the plan.

Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company's hospitalization, medical, dental, group-term life, travel accident, short- and long-term disability and other similar insurance plans generally available to the Company's senior management from time to time, the expense of the same to be paid by the Company to the same extent it is paid on behalf of other senior management employees. The Company shall use its best efforts to maintain in full force and effect during the term of the Agreement long-term disability insurance coverage with respect to Employee providing for benefit payments in the event Employee becomes totally disabled at a rate not less than fifty percent (50%) per annum of Employee's then current Base Salary.
