Insurance and Liability. 10.1 The Consultant will have liability for any loss, liability or costs (including reasonable legal costs) incurred by the Company or any Group Company in connection with the provision of the Services and will accordingly maintain in force during the Engagement full comprehensive Insurance Policies in respect of the provision of the Services.
