Common use of Insurance and Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Insurance and Indemnity. The Employee shall be added as an ----------------------- additional named insured under all appropriate insurance policies now in force or hereafter obtained covering any officers or directors of the Company. The Company shall indemnify and hold the Employee harmless from any cost, expense or liability arising out of or relating to any acts or decisions made by the Employee on behalf of or in the course of performing services for the Company to the same extent the Company indemnifies and holds harmless other senior executive officers and directors of the Company and in accordance with the Company's established policies.
