Common use of Insurance and Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Insurance and Indemnities. Subtenant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Prime Landlord harmless, with regard to the Subleased Premises, to the same extent that Sublandlord is required to indemnify and hold Prime Landlord harmless with respect to the Premises. Likewise, Subtenant hereby agrees to obtain and provide evidence satisfactory to Sublandlord, on or before the date of this Sublease, that Subtenant is carrying insurance, with respect to the Subleased Premises and Subtenant’s use thereof, in the same amounts and of the same types required to be carried by Sublandlord with regard to the Premises. Subtenant’s insurance shall include Sublandlord as additional insured and shall include a waiver of subrogation clause.

Likewise, Subtenant hereby agrees to obtain and provide evidence satisfactory to Sublandlord, on or before the date of this Sublease, that Subtenant is carrying insurance, with respect to the Subleased Premises and Subtenant’s use thereof, insurance in the same amounts and of the same types required to be carried by Sublandlord under the Lease with regard to the Premises. Subtenant Sublessee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Prime each of Landlord harmless, and Sublessor harmless with regard to its leasing and use of the Subleased Premises, to the same extent that Sublandlord Sublessor as tenant, is required to indemnify and hold Prime Landlord harmless with respect to the Premises. Likewise, Subtenant Sublessee hereby agrees to obtain and provide evidence satisfactory to SublandlordSublessor, on or before the date of this Sublease, that Subtenant Sublessee is carrying insurance, with respect to the Subleased Premises and Subtenant’s use thereof, insurance in the same amounts and of the same types required to be carried by Sublandlord tenant under the Prime Lease with regard to the Premises. Subtenant’s Any insurance required to be carried by Sublessee pursuant to the provisions of the Prime Lease shall include Sublandlord name Landlord, Minuteman Real Estate Management Corporation and Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxx Services Limited Partnership and Sublessor as additional insured and shall include a waiver of subrogation clauseinsured.
