Insurance and Employee Benefits. The Board shall pay on behalf of each teacher who desires to participate, the following sums toward the payment of medical and hospitalization insurance or income protection insurance, or life, dental or vision insurance, as group policies in an insurance company or companies.
Insurance and Employee Benefits. Hospitalization insurance for individual and immediate family with New Jersey Blue Cross Shield, Rider J and Major Medical shall be provided effective the first day of the month following two months of employment (Health Insurance coverage is not automatic.)
