Insurance and Certain Other Laws. (a) AVIF will use its best efforts to comply with any applicable state insurance laws or regulations, to the extent specifically requested in writing by Guardian, including, the furnishing of information not otherwise available to Guardian which is required by state insurance law to enable Guardian to obtain the authority needed to issue the Contracts in any applicable state.
