Insurance and Benefits. Company shall allow Executive to participate in each employee benefit plan and to receive each executive benefit that Company provides for senior executives at the level of Executive's position.

Employees covered by this MOU who are otherwise eligible may participate in the health and other insurance plans as offered by the State of Maryland and the University System of Maryland, as they may exist from time to time, on the same basis and subject to the same terms and conditions including the payment of all applicable premiums, co-pays, deductibles and other fees and expenses as established for other University and State employees.

Health & Life Insurances The City will continue to provide medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for the employee through the City County Insurance Services (CIS). The City will provide the same Regence Blue Cross High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HDHP-1 w/HSA) with a $1500/$3000 deductible, and Alternative Care Rider, Dental Option II, VSP (12/12/24) vision plan, and $10,000 Standard Life, or coverage that is substantially equivalent on the whole. The City will pick up the cost of the premium for Vision insurance for the employee only. Employees will continue to pay 100% of the cost of the premium for any dependents. In the event any of the above listed insurance plans are discontinued during the term of this agreement, the parties agree to negotiate for a successor policy related only to the discontinued plan.
