Insurance 1. 2.1 During the Period of Residence we will insure the Residence against fire and other risks which we reasonably consider necessary. 1.2.2 During the Period of Residence we will insure your personal belongings up to a limit of not less than £10,000 (please see xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xx.xx/accommodation/students/currentstudents/resinfo/ for confirmation) but you will be responsible for administering any claims which arise. Note: the insurance policy does not cover all items, for example laptops, cameras, musical instruments, bikes or mobile phones may not be covered by the policy. Insurance 1. 2.1. During the Period of Residence we will insure the Hall against fire and other risks which we reasonably considernecessary. 1.2.2. During the Period of Residence the University and/or the Managing Agent may, at its own discretion, provide a limited level of insurance. It is your responsibility to verify whether any such insurance applies. Insurance 1. The Landlord will insure the premises and recharge the premium (and any applicable taxes) to the Tenant 2. The Tenant will keep in place at all times public liability insurance in the sum of £10,000,000 per claim (and will produce annual evidence of such insurance to the Landlord), together with contents insurance and all other insurances required by the business.
