Insufficient Enrollment. Blue Cross and Blue Shield will terminate this Agreement, as described in Section 4.4, if your covered employee participation falls below Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s minimum enrollment requirements.

Insufficient Enrollment. The University may offer an appointment in summer session contingent upon sufficient enrollment in the course(s). If sufficient enrollment is not attained, the University may, at its sole discretion, withdraw an appointment that has been offered on a contingent basis, and will provide the NSF the reasons, in writing, for the withdrawal. This paragraph is not subject to the provisions of Article 17 — Layoff, Reduction in Time, and Reemployment and/or Article 33 — Arbitration of this MOU.
Insufficient Enrollment. The College at its sole discretion determines if a class will be cancelled due to low enrollment. If the College, with the instructor’s agreement, decides to run a low- enrolled class, the instructor will be compensated at the low-enrollment rate. This rate will be based upon the number of students still enrolled on the census date. This section only applies to adjunct or moonlight classes.
