Instruments of Further Assurance. The Issuer covenants that, at the direction and expense of the Company, it will do, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be done, executed, acknowledged and delivered, such indentures supplemental hereto and such further acts, instruments and transfers as the Trustee may reasonably require for the better pledging and assigning unto the Trustee all and singular the rights to payments under the Notes, the Agreement and any other income and other moneys pledged hereby to the payment of the principal of, redemption premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds. The Issuer further covenants that it will not create or suffer to be created any lien, encumbrance or charge upon its interest in the Project or any part thereof, the Notes or the Agreement except the lien of this Indenture.
