INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. Any request or instruction to us shall be in writing and shall be signed by you provided nevertheless that we may but shall not be obliged to accept and act on any instruction or request whether given by mail, electronic mail, facsimile transmission or through the telephone, which is believed by our officer or employee attending to such instruction or request to have been given or made or authorised by you notwithstanding that such instruction or request may not have been given or made or authorised by you, or where such instruction or request is given through the telephone that such instruction may not be confirmed in writing by you, and regardless of any fraud that may exist in relation to such instruction or request. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a consequence of our acting on or acceding to any such instruction or request, and you will indemnify us against any and all losses, claims, proceedings, damages, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) howsoever incurred or sustained by us arising out of or in connection with any instruction or request from or purportedly from you.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. We shall be entitled (but not obliged), at our sole discretion, to rely and act on any communication, requests or instructions which we believe in good faith to emanate from you (orally or in writing, in person or over the telephone or by facsimile or other means of telecommunication, genuine or with or without your consent or authority). Any action taken by us pursuant thereto shall bind you and we shall not be liable to you or any loss incurred or damage suffered by you as a result of such action. We shall not be under any duty to verify the identity of any person communicating purportedly as you or on your behalf.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. Any request of or instruction to us shall be in writing and shall be signed by any cardmember provided nevertheless that we may but shall not be obliged to accept and act on any instruction or request by telex, facsimile transmission or through the telephone which is believed by our offi cer or employee attending to such instruction or request to have been given or made or authorised by any cardmember. Notwithstanding that such instruction or request may not have been given or made or authorised by such cardmember and notwithstanding any fraud that may exist in relation thereto, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a consequence of its acting on or acceding to any such instruction or request. Each cardmember shall provide us with written notice of any change in that cardmember’s particulars.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. Requests or instructions from you should, unless permitted by us otherwise, be in writing and signed by you. We may choose to accept any instruction made through electronic mail, facsimile or telephone, including such instruction that we in good faith believe is given by you even if you have not actually given such instruction. Any non signature-bearing instruction shall be given to us at your risk and we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer. You shall on demand indemnify us in respect of any losses, claims, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, costs and expenses (including all reasonable legal cost and expenses properly incurred) and any other liabilities howsoever arising in consequence of us in good faith acting upon or in reliance on the authenticity of any written, electronic mail, facsimile or telephone instruction given as aforesaid.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. All requests or instructions from you must be in writing and signed by you. Subject to you giving us indemnity in a format acceptable to us, we may choose to accept any instruction from you made through electronic mail, facsimile transmission and in the case of the telephone, such instruction that we believe is given by you even if you had not actually given such instructions. Any non-written instructions shall be given to us at your risk and we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. 9.10 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or otherwise, We may (but shall not be obliged to) act on any instruction for surrender, closure or any other matter whatsoever relating to the Singlife Card that is given or purportedly given by You. We shall not be obliged to give any notice and/or assign any reason for not acting on any instruction.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. Any requests or instructions to us shall be in writing and shall be signed by you provided that we may, but shall not be obliged to, accept and act on any instructions or requests by telex, facsimile transmission or by telephone which we believe have been given or authorised by you. If such instruction or request was not given or authorised by you and if any fraud exists, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of our acting on or acceding to any such instructions or requests.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. 15.1 You can use different methods to send us Instructions, as set out in paragraph 12 (Communication between us). Because you can do so via telephone and (where we inform you that you can) email, we may take certain steps to check these Instructions with you. We will send Security Details for the purposes of accessing your Accounts from time to time and to authenticate your payments Instructions. When we send these to you it is at your own risk.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. Any request of or instruction to us shall be in writing and shall be signed by the Cardmember provided that we may but shall not be obliged to accept and act on any instruction or request by telex, facsimile transmission, SMS, electronic email, any other electronic communication means or platform, or through the telephone which our officer or employee attending to such instruction or request believes to have been given or made or authorised by the Cardmember. Notwithstanding that such instruction or request may not have been given or made or authorised by the relevant Cardmember and notwithstanding any fraud that may exist in relation thereto, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a consequence of our acting on or acceding to any such instruction or request. Each Cardmember shall provide us with written notice of any change in that Cardmember’s particulars to CIMB Bank Berhad, 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, #00-00, Xxxxxxxxx 000000.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU. 3.1 You authorise us to act on any instruction given, or apparently given, to us by you through or by use of the Service (‘Client Instructions’). All Client Instructions are irrevocable and unconditional and can only be cancelled or amended if we have not acted on the instruction.
