Instructions from the Controller. Notwithstanding anything in the Standard Contract to the contrary, Licensor will only process Personal Data in order to provide the Services to Buyer, in accordance with Xxxxx’s written instructions, or as required by applicable Law. Licensor will promptly inform Xxxxx if following Buyer instructions would result in a violation of applicable data protection law or where Licensor must disclose Personal Data in response to a legal obligation (unless the legal obligation prohibits Licensor from making such disclosure).
