Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.
Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.
Additional Users The number of Users included in the baseline Fees shown in the Quote determines the initial invoice amount. If Subscriber wants to add additional users beyond the total included in the baseline Fees (“Additional Users”), Subscriber may purchase additional subscriptions in blocks of users and for the price specified in the Quote. Additionally, OneLogin will periodically assess whether Additional Users exist, and, if found, OneLogin will invoice Subscriber for the number of Additional Users. Fees for Additional Users will be prorated based on the time remaining until the expiration of the Term or the then-current Renewal Term, as applicable, so that all users renew on the same date.

Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.

Instruction 4.1 The Data Processor may only act and process the Personal Data in accordance with the documented instruction from the Data Controller (the "Instruction"), unless required by law to act without such instruction. The Instruction at the time of entering into this Data Processor Agreement (DPA) is that the Data Processor may only process the Personal Data with the purpose of delivering the Membership Services. Subject to the terms of this DPA and with mutual agreement of the parties, the Data Controller may issue additional written instructions consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Data Controller is responsible for ensuring that all individuals who provide written instructions are authorised to do so.
Instructional Framework The District and the Association have agreed to the adopted research-based instructional framework developed by Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and approved by OSPI. The Association and District have also agreed to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx’x frameworks for specialists for use with other certificated educators.
