Instructional use. You are responsible to bring your device to school every day. If you do not have it, you must complete all work as if it were present. Loaner devices will not be provided for this reason. Bring your device to school fully charged every day. It is your responsibility to have sufficient battery life for your expected use while at school. Limited access to a charging station will be available in the media center. To prevent classroom distractions, sound must be muted during school hours unless instructed otherwise. Headphones may be used in class if given permission by the teacher or adult supervisor. Do not use the issued device for non-academic purposes during school hours (games, downloads, chat rooms, instant messaging, viewing websites not related to the assignment, etc.) without teacher or adult supervisor permission.

  • Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.

  • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.

  • Additional Users The number of Users included in the baseline Fees shown in the Quote determines the initial invoice amount. If Subscriber wants to add additional users beyond the total included in the baseline Fees (“Additional Users”), Subscriber may purchase additional subscriptions in blocks of users and for the price specified in the Quote. Additionally, OneLogin will periodically assess whether Additional Users exist, and, if found, OneLogin will invoice Subscriber for the number of Additional Users. Fees for Additional Users will be prorated based on the time remaining until the expiration of the Term or the then-current Renewal Term, as applicable, so that all users renew on the same date.

  • Official Use Only No Personal Use The Contract is only for official use by Authorized Users. Use of the Contract for personal or private purposes is strictly prohibited.
