INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES. ‌ The Board will allocate sufficient funds to provide for the purchase and/or replacement of textbooks, library books, instructional materials, and supplies and equipment of sufficient quality and quantity to enable bargaining unit members to fulfill their responsibilities in an adequate and professional manner during the school year. Grievances filed related to this Section shall be processed no higher than Level Three of the Grievance Procedure.
