Instructional Facilities. A. All areas which are used for purposes of instruction or instructional preparation shall be adequately heated, cooled, cleaned and maintained. These areas will also include a desk and chair for the MBU. In the event that temperatures become a detriment to the instructional process, every reasonable effort shall be made to remedy the problem, including but not limited to the provision of additional heating/cooling units.

Instructional Facilities. The Board shall provide a work space, access to a laptop and/or computer, and a file cabinet with drawers for every teacher.
Instructional Facilities. Sierra College of Beauty occupies a floor space of approximately 5000 square feet which is divided into reception area, offices, dispensary, theory and practical classrooms, clinic, student lounge, and restrooms for male and female students. Dressers, shampoo bowls, sterilizers, manicuring tables and stools, mannequins, dryers, portable dryers, and other equipment is furnished for the benefit of students. Educational classroom equipment consists of VCR equipment, visual aids, and tape records, which are for the use of students. A kit, consisting of all equipment necessary to complete the course, is to be purchased by the students. The cost of the kit is covered under tuition. Facilities for the handicapped can be discussed with the college before enrollment. Sierra College of Beauty does not teach English as a second language. School Location: Take “R” St off ramp, traveling North on highway 99. Keep left on 18th St traveling west three blocks to 0000 X 00xx Xx. School is located in middle of the block on left side of street. Parking lot is adjacent to building on right side. Count of Xxxxxx Xxxxx bus makes regular stops in front of the Employment Development at 0000 00xx Xx in the morning and in the afternoon.   • Construction Sequencing In general, the sequence of the proposed dates of Initial Operation of Interconnection Customers seeking interconnection to the Transmission System will determine the sequence of construction of Network Upgrades.

  • Attachment Facilities Not applicable, because there are no CTOAFs for the Merchant Transmission Facility that are covered by this Agreement.

  • Construction materials (1) The restrictions of section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act) do not apply to Recovery Act designated country manufactured construction material. The restrictions of the Buy American statute do not apply to designated country unmanufactured construction material.   • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Construction The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall deliver to the Developer “as-built” drawings, relay diagrams, information and documents for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities set forth in Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner [shall/shall not] transfer operational control of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities to the NYISO upon completion of such facilities.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • Rest Facilities The District shall designate restroom and lunchroom facilities at each work site.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

  • Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities Construction The Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Participating TO shall deliver to the Interconnection Customer and the CAISO the following “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities [include appropriate drawings and relay diagrams]. The Participating TO will obtain control for operating and maintenance purposes of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades upon completion of such facilities. Pursuant to Article 5.2, the CAISO will obtain Operational Control of the Stand Alone Network Upgrades prior to the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation.
