Instructional Days and Hours. The Charter Holder shall offer at least 180 instructional days before June 30th of each fiscal year. Pursuant to Section 6 of this Charter, the Charter Holder shall receive ASU’s prior written approval to offer an alternative calendar pursuant to A.R.S. §15-183. The Charter Holder shall meet Arizona’s instructional hour requirements for each of the grades served.

Instructional Days and Hours. 1. If the State requirements for minimum days and hours of pupil instruction change during the life of this agreement, representatives of the Association and Board shall meet for the purpose of bargaining the school calendar and hours of instruction.

  • WAGES AND HOURS Wage rates established at the beginning of the Work will not be changed without the approval of the Owner. The Work will be performed on a 40-hour week basis insofar as possible and no overtime will be worked without prior approval of the Owner. This Section shall not be applicable in the event that this Agreement provides for a lump-sum or unit price agreement for the Work.

  • Personal Days Employee shall be entitled to three (3) personal days annually, pro-rated for any partial year of employment, the unused portion of which shall accumulate as sick days.

  • Additional Days Where public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in subclause 58.2 and subclause 58.3 above in Victoria or a locality thereof, those days will, as applicable, constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this Agreement.

  • Hours For the purposes of an unpaid 7.5-hour shift, the deduction from pay shall equate to 9.375 hours.

  • Days and Hours of Work The standard workweek for workers occupying full-time positions consists of 40 hours unless otherwise specified by the Board of Supervisors. The appointing authority shall fix the hours of work with due regard for the convenience of the public and the laws of the State and the County. Workers occupying part-time positions shall work such hours and schedules as the Board and the appointing authority shall prescribe.

  • Span of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
