Instructional Day 6 The hours of employment defined in Sections A.1., A.2., and A.3. above shall include 7 at least the required number of instructional minutes to qualify for incentive funding 8 provided in Education Code, Section 46201. The designation of instructional time 9 shall conform to the law. Subject to the foregoing, the minimum number of 10 instructional minutes shall be: 12 Kindergarten 36,000 13 Grades 1, 2, and 3 50,400 14 Grades 4 and 5 54,000 15 Grades 6, 7, and 8 64,800 16 Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 64,800 17 except that:
Processing on Legal Requirement SAP may also process Personal Data where required to do so by applicable law. In such a case, SAP shall inform Customer of that legal requirement before processing unless that law prohibits such information on important grounds of public interest.
Additional Days Where public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in subclause 58.2 and subclause 58.3 above in Victoria or a locality thereof, those days will, as applicable, constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this Agreement.
Instructional Time 26.1 Each full-time elementary teacher's regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 23 hours 45 minutes of instructional time inclusive of preparation time as provided for in Article D.4 except for teachers who enrol only Kindergarten whose regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 24 hours of instruction time inclusive of preparation time.
Non-Instructional Days 4. School Accreditation
Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an employee will receive a loading calculated on the rate of wage prescribed by subclause 7.1.3. The loading shall be as follows:
National Day of Mourning Each year on April 28 at 11:00 a.m., one minute of silence will be observed in memory of workers killed or injured on the job.
Professional Day The period set forth in the Professional Day Article.
DURATION OF SCHOOL DAY AND YEAR 33C) The duration of the school day and year will be the responsibility of the Academy Trust.
Instruction 4.1 The Data Processor may only act and process the Personal Data in accordance with the documented instruction from the Data Controller (the "Instruction"), unless required by law to act without such instruction. The Instruction at the time of entering into this Data Processor Agreement (DPA) is that the Data Processor may only process the Personal Data with the purpose of delivering the Membership Services. Subject to the terms of this DPA and with mutual agreement of the parties, the Data Controller may issue additional written instructions consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Data Controller is responsible for ensuring that all individuals who provide written instructions are authorised to do so.
