Instruction and Training. You agree that it is Your responsibility to provide proper instruction, training and supervision of appropriate sales personnel in order that Shares will be offered and sold in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable laws. You also agree that it is Your responsibility to assure that Your sales personnel are properly licensed, certified and familiar with the Fund and any classes thereof.

Instruction and Training. The College agrees to designate in writing a faculty member to work with the supervisor of the Clinical Site (designated by the Clinical Site) in coordinating the academic aspects of the student’s participation in the Program. Reasonable expenses shall include a daily consultation rate for travel in excess of 8 hours round trip. Upon Leiseur fulfilling his obligation pursuant to this Section 5 to provide up to eight full days per calendar year of instruction and training, all training requests received by Orion from customers and licensees regarding SOGS or GSI shall be offered to Xxxxxxx on a first refusal basis; provided, however, that such additional training conducted by Xxxxxxx must be completed by no person other than Xxxxxxx and at the rate specified above. In the event the term of this Agreement is extended beyond the initial year as provided for in Section 10 below, the fees set forth in this section shall remain unchanged for the first two years of this Agreement but will be adjusted for inflation in any subsequent years.

Instruction and Training. The goal of this task is to provide instruction and training for the six XXX courses identified in Task 3. The Recipient shall: • Provide training to six trainers/instructors to teach the XXX courses. • Provide instruction for five approved XXX courses within the first year to certify at least 20 students as follows: o Fall Semester: XXX 250 and XXX 350 o Spring Semester: XXX 450 and XXX 451 o Summer Semester: XXX 456 • Provide instruction for five approved XXX courses within the second year to certify at least 40 students as follows: o Fall Semester: XXX 250 and XXX 350 o Spring Semester: XXX 450 and XXX 451 o Summer Semester: XXX 448 • Provide 1-hour of lecture and 3-hours of lab per week for each course for 15 weeks each year. • Require that each student enrolled in the Program must pass all five courses within one year to obtain a certificate of completion. • Provide laboratory training in-person and abide by all applicable public health mandates. • Provide tuition assistance, scholarships, or financial support for students from low-income and disadvantaged communities (LIC/DAC) or that demonstrate financial need, and a statement of Recommendations for Tuition Assistance. The Recipient shall provide a List of students with justification and supporting documentation to the CAM for review and approval. • Develop and award Certificates of Completion for successful participants and provide with Quarterly Progress Reports. • Develop Performance Metrics and discuss results in the Final Report.

The Recipient shall: • Provide classroom and lab instruction by faculty, instructors, and/or trainers. • Schedule Program course offerings through a normal college semester scheduling cycle starting in the second year of the Program and provide in Quarterly Progress Reports. • Use approved lectures, in-class demonstrations, and lab exercises for students developed in Task 2. • Monitor and assess student lecture comprehension, hands-on lab performance, make adjustments to ensure student learning and completion of lab assignments, and list any course/lab adjustments made in Quarterly Progress Reports. • Conduct testing and student skills mastery demonstrations and provide quizzes and tests in Quarterly Progress Reports. • Monitor end-of-course completion rates and grades and discuss results in the Final Report. • Conduct end-of-course surveys, evaluations, and other college required student surveys and analyze results in the Final Report. • Work with the Recipient’s non-credit office to develop and enroll students in support courses including, but not limited to, English and math for the XXX Technician, workplace readiness, job search skills, and discuss results in the Final Report.
Instruction and Training. 1 Workers shall not participate in or supervise any activity on the work site until they have been trained to a level required by this job function and responsibility. Training shall as a minimum thoroughly cover the following: .1 Federal and Provincial Health and Safety Legislation requirements including roles and responsibilities of workers and person(s) responsible for implementing, monitoring and enforcing health and safety requirements.‌
