Institutional Relations. The Institutional Relations department renders to THE PARTIES the service consisting in relations with the media and communities where the company does business, consisting in drafting of newsletters and statements, preparation of brochures and institutional events, CSR strategy, relationship with NGOs and planning and preparation of CSR actions.

No amendment or repeal of this Section 8.4 shall apply to or have any effect on the liability or alleged liability of any Business Opportunities Exempt Party for or with respect to any opportunities of which any such Business Opportunities Exempt Party becomes aware prior to such amendment or repeal. Any Person purchasing or otherwise acquiring any interest in any Units shall be deemed to have notice of and consented to the provisions of this Section 8.4. Neither the alteration, amendment or repeal of this Section 8.4, nor the adoption of any provision of this Agreement inconsistent with this Section 8.4, shall eliminate or reduce the effect of this Section 8.4 in respect of any business opportunity first identified or any other matter occurring, or any cause of action, suit or claim that, but for this Section 8.4, would accrue or arise, prior to such alteration, amendment, repeal or adoption.

  • Affiliations 9.1 MSDW TRUST may now or hereafter, without the consent of or notice to the Fund, function as transfer agent and/or shareholder servicing agent for any other investment company registered with the SEC under the 1940 Act and for any other issuer, including without limitation any investment company whose adviser, administrator, sponsor or principal underwriter is or may become affiliated with Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx & Co. or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates.
