INSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS. 1. In order to facilitate communication between the Parties for purposes of this Chapter, each Party shall designate a contact point within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the date of entry into force of this Agreement. Each Party shall notify the other Party, as soon as possible, of any change with respect to the point of contact.
