Institutional Information. Upon written request to the President with a copy to the Xxxxxxx signed by the President of the Association, or a designee, the University will provide to the Association a copy of official published records, files, studies and other papers which are public records, but excluding working papers and other material exempted by state law or presently exempted by University policy. Copies will ordinarily be furnished without charge, but the University reserves the right to make charges reasonably calculated to recover its file search and reproduction costs. When, in the University’s judgment, there is a change to an existing University Policy or the need to create a new University Policy that involves employment relations as defined in ORS 243.650, the University will post the changes or the new policy on its website for a minimum of fourteen (14) days to allow for community comment.
