Institutional Cooperation. (a) With due regard to their respective competences, institutional settings and operational frameworks, the Parties shall inform and consult with each other, as appropriate, on issues of mutual interest, including legal, regulatory and development issues, on which cooperation may xxxxxx the purposes of the Parties.

UMSL and STLCC will share information with each other regarding exhibits, shows, etc and students and faculty from each will have access to other’s events. UMSL and STLCC agree that at least one joint exhibition of student and /or faculty creative production will be scheduled in every other academic year TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT This agreement becomes effective in the 2010 academic year and remains in effect unless changed in writing by mutual agreement of UMSL and STLCC. The agreement can be amended at any time with the approval of both institutions. Should either institution desire to discontinue this agreement, advance notification of two years will be required. Both institutions hereby indicate full agreement to the terms and conditions included above and the honoring of the course, program, and other requirements outlined in the Transfer Guides as attached as appendices to this agreement. UMSL and STLCC representatives agree to meet on an annual basis to discuss this articulation agreement and whether revision is required. Responsibility for calling this annual meeting will alternate between UMSL and STLCC. Additional copies of this agreement can be requested through the Office of Transfer Services and Articulation at UM- St. Louis, 225 MSC, 516-5162. Institutional Cooperation. 1. The Centre's cooperation with other bodies shall be guided by the principles of coordination, complementarity and added value in respect of any private sector development initiatives taken by public or private entities. SPECIFIC ADMISSIONS COOPERATION This agreement is for the following pathway:  At CMU Master of Public Health or Master of International Public Health (Year 1)  At Griffith Master of Global Public Health (5725) (Year 2) The articulation and credit transfer arrangements for entry to the Griffith Programs are detailed in the Articulation Schedule attached to this agreement. Additional programs may be added and amendments made to these programs through the appropriate authority at each institution. Each student will be enrolled at Griffith, subject to the relevant program entry requirements. The selection and admission of students into Griffith Programs is the responsibility of Xxxxxxxx. ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Applications will be subject to meeting the necessary pre-requisites, including English language entry requirements. At the time of signing this agreement, the English language entry requirement for CMU students articulating to an approved undergraduate program at Griffith is a minimum overall band score 6.0 IELTS (Academic) with no sub- score less than 5.5, or equivalent. CMU students who do not meet the English language entry requirements may apply to enrol in the Direct Entry Program (DEP) conducted by Xxxxxxxx English Language Institute (GELI). Upon successful completion of DEP, students will have met the English language proficiency requirement to enter their program of study directly, without needing to sit an external proficiency test.
