Institutional Arrangement. 1. The Ministers responsible for ASEAN Economic Integration, with the assistance of the Senior Economic Officials (SEOM), shall oversee, monitor and/or coordinate the implementation of this Framework Agreement.
Institutional Arrangement. Government will present a proposal on the NMW Commission’s institutional arrangements (i.e. functions, role, representation, scope, powers, etc.) at the next COP meeting. There shall be three representatives from each constituency, that is, Organised Labour, Organised Business and Community. The COP must still determine the decision making processes of the NMW Commission.

Institutional Arrangement. The international consultant will work under direct supervision of the Environmental Policy Specialist on Circular Economy concepts, EPR and plastic in the context of solid waste management and private sector engagement.
Institutional Arrangement. (a) In order to implement the actions and policies agreed upon, existing regional mechanisms for cooperation such as the Convention for Cooperation in the Protection and Development of the Marine and Coastal Environment of the West and Central African Region (Abidjan Convention) and its related Protocols will be revitalized and retooled to ensure the necessary coordination and capacity building, and promote the sustainable and integrated management of the GCLME. The Member countries of the Interim Commission will actively mobilize resources and co-financing with interested stakeholders, industry, partners and donor agencies.
Institutional Arrangement. 10. The Environmental Safeguard Expert (International) will work under direct supervision of the Project Director (PD), RHD. S/he will report directly to the Project Director or a senior official designated by the PD and will work with close collaboration with other officials/ subject matter Experts deployed at the Project Implementation Unit (PIU).
Institutional Arrangement. The consultant or firm will work with the Communications Team at UNDP including staff members and consultants. No need for the firm to be based in the South Sudan.
