Institution Duties. 5.1 The Institution must work and complete the activities written in the Appendix 2, that is fully part of the current agreement, as well as it must use the technical infrastructures made available by Lombardy Region according to the terms and conditions described in the Appendix 4
Institution Duties a. Institution agrees that, in the event a Plan Participant defaults on any installment payments under a valid Plan Agreement, Institution will not oppose Contractor’s efforts to enforce the Plan Agreement. Institution acknowledges that Contractor may at any time turn the same over to collection agencies or take other legal action as provided by law to collect the amounts due under a Plan Agreement.
