Institution. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the “Institution” means the institution purchasing goods and services for which a Purchase Order has been lawfully issued to the Vendor.

Higher Education Institution: Enrolled students, faculty, and staff of the institution. Government: Households, businesses, and other related individuals within the government entity’s jurisdiction. Corporate: Employees, consultants, contractors, and board members of the corporation.
Institution. A sponsoring organization, child care center, at-risk afterschool care center, outside-school hours care center, or emergency shelter, which enters into an agreement with the Department to assume final administrative and financial responsibility for Program operations.

Publications MRL and EPSRC sponsorship must be acknowledged in all publications relating to the research project. A copy of the Student’s Thesis, journal articles, and conference papers will be submitted to MRL at the same time they are submitted for examination/peer-review or at least 30 days before any other publication. MRL may post Student publications on its web site -- xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Institution. In this agreement, "institution" means M.O.R.E. Services Inc..

The Institution understands and agrees that, to the extent applicable under the provisions of Government Rules, it may be subject to examination by regulatory entities for the Services provided in connection with this Agreement. In addition, the Institution shall comply with all applicable requirements of Government Rules by taking appropriate measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, availability and integrity of all Institution Data and Confidential Information and to protect against unauthorized access to or use of such information.

The INSTITUTION shall ensure and control that the INVESTIGATOR fulfils all the tasks described in the Protocol and complies with all requirements under this Agreement. The INSTITUTION represents and warrants that it has the experience, capability and resources including, but not limited to, sufficient qualified and trained personnel and equipment (except for Study Equipment), to efficiently and expeditiously perform the Study in a professional and competent manner, and in strict adherence to the Protocol, and the INSTITUTION further represents and warrants that it will utilize all reasonable efforts at all times to devote the necessary personnel and equipment (except for Study Equipment) to perform the Study hereunder in such a manner.
