Installation Services. (a) Subject to Section 9(b), Hitachi will provide installation Services for the Products as set out in the relevant Order. Installation Services include only those Services identified in the Service Descriptions. Installation Services do not include any Service expressly identified as an exclusion in the relevant Order or the Service Descriptions, in addition to the exclusions in Section 6.
