Installation and Maintenance. a. Except for the bi-directional meter owned by PUD, all equipment on Customer's side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device(s), shall be installed, operated, repaired, maintained and replaced in satisfactory operating condition consistent with all applicable federal, state and local laws and prudent utility practices by Customer and shall remain the property and sole responsibility of the Customer.
