Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits. The Exhibitor agrees to have his exhibit set-up and staffed in time for the opening of the show. The Exhibitor shall not remove any part of his display or product until the show is oflcially closed and failure to comply, without the express written consent of show management, will result in a fine of $500 being imposed, which will be invoiced after the show, and immediately payable. In addition, removal without consent may result in the loss of future exhibition privileges. The Exhibitor also agrees to remove his exhibit and equipment from the show facility by the final move-out time limit or, in the event of failure to do so, the Exhibitor shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits. In installing, conducting, and removing exhibits, the Exhibitor is to comply with local Union regulations of the Building in which the Show is presented. Exhibits are to be completely installed by the time indicated by Show Management. Exhibits are to be installed and removed at the expense of the Exhibitor. All exhibits shall remain in place and shall not me dismantled until after the official closing of the Show. All exhibits, displayed products and other material and property of the Exhibitor must be removed by Exhibitor after the close of the Show no later than the time indicated by Show Management. Any failure to comply with any of the above shall result in Exhibitor losing the right to exhibit in future UBDNT events.
Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits. All installation of exhibits must be carried out on 7 Janu- ary 2021, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Any display material sent to the exhibit hall but not set up by 5:00 p.m. on 7 Janu- ary will be installed by the decorator at the exhibitor’s expense. Space not occupied by 5:00 p.m. will be subject to forfeiture by the exhibitor and may be resold, reas- signed, or used by the Modern Language Association. Dismantling of exhibits must be completed on 10 January 2021, 1:00–5:00 p.m. No exhibit shall be erected after the exhibition opens or dismantled before the official closing time. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to see that all their materials are delivered to, and removed from, the exhibit hall by the specified deadlines. Should the exhibi- tor fail to remove the exhibit, removal will be arranged by the Modern Language Association at the expense of the exhibitor. Exhibitors must notify the Modern Language Association no later than 25 November 2020 that they will be using an outside contractor, and they must sup- ply the contractor’s name, address, and supervisor in attendance. Outside contractors include, for example, installation and dismantling companies, photographers, and security. Outside contractors must supply the Mod- ern Language Association no later than 25 November 2020 with the names of exhibiting companies for which they have requests to work, the names of the personnel the outside contractor will employ, and the appropriate insurance certificates. If exhibitors have not provided this information and the appropriate insurance certificates, they will not be allowed to set up their booths. Exhibitors must comply with all provincial safety requirements during move in and move out.

After that time, no installation of exhibits will be permitted without special permission of CCAFI. Exhibitor agrees: 1) to exhibit work only in the space assigned by CCAFI; 2) not to park or bring vehicles onto the site; 3) to comply with City of Norwich fire regulations, including having a fire extinguisher in your space; 4) that electrical wiring will conform with the National Electrical Code Safety Rules; and 5) that exhibits will not obstruct the view or interfere with neighboring exhibits. CCAFI reserves the right to restrict or prohibit noisy or odor-producing exhibits, or exhibits deemed by CCAFI to be in poor taste. Dismantling of exhibits may not commence before 5:00 pm on September 10th, 2023. Any Exhibitor dismantling his or her booth prior to the above time will risk not being invited to future Festivals and/ or having their applications for inclusion in future Festivals rejected. All exhibits must be completely dismantled by 9:00 pm on September 10th, 2023, unless CCAFI grants permission for longer storage. All installation and dismantling will be performed by and at the expense of Exhibitor.

Freight will not be delivered to booths during show hours. Dismantling may not begin until the close of the exposition on the final show day NO EXEPTIONS. (If booth space is not occupied by 9:00am of the first show day, Show Management shall have the right to use such space as it sees fit to eliminate blank spaces in the exhibit). Goods and materials used in any display, except bona fide samples, shall not be removed from the exhibit hall until the exposition has officially closed. Any exception to this rule must have the approval of Show Management. Dismantling must be complete and all exhibit materials removed by the final move-out date and hour shown.

Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits. The Exhibitor agrees that installation of Exhibits for use in the Exhibit Space will be conducted based on the “Move-In Schedule” provided to the Exhibitor by Show Management in the Exhibitor Services Kit. Setup will be coordinated by the Show Decorator, who will contact the Exhibitor to schedule an installation time. Dismantling will not begin before 4:00 p.m., Saturday, April 1, 2023. Any Exhibitor found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to a $500 fine and loss of show seniority for future exhibit space selection. No trucks, tractors, trailers or any rolling stock will be started or moved from the exhibition area before 5:00 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2023. The Exhibitor further agrees that it will vacate the exhibition area no later than 12:00 midnight, Sunday, April 2, 2023. It is the Exhibitor’s sole responsibility, at its sole cost, to install and put in place its Exhibit before the opening of the Show and dismantling and removing it immediately after the closing of the Show as set forth above. The Exhibitor agrees that any deviation from the above installation and dismantling schedule and procedure must be approved in advance in writing by Show Management.

The RIO CASINO does have in-house union contracts for select services. Details are available by request for Exhibitor Services. The move-in / move-out times are listed on the TEXMEX FANFEST EXPO Agreement. It is mutually agreed that the duty and responsibility are borne by each Exhibitor to arrange for the installation and dismantling of its exhibits before and immediately after the close of the exhibition.
