Installation and Commissioning of the System. Following Seller’s receipt of the Installation Notice to Proceed from Purchaser, Seller shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly and diligently proceed to undertake, perform, and complete installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of the System in accordance with the approved Final Design and Project Schedule, and the terms of this Agreement.

Installation and Commissioning of the System. 2.1 Nex has agreed to install and commission at its own cost a high speed Internet access network (the “System”) on the Hotel Premises that, without intending to limit the generality of the foregoing or the initial or future services provided in combination with said System, will be suited to providing high speed Internet access via wireless access points. The System is intended to service guest rooms, meeting and convention facilities, food and beverage outlets and other areas within the Hotel Premises as agreed with the Hotel. Initially the System will service all rooms on the 34th to the 40th floor of the Hotel Premises and wireless enable the lobby and meeting room areas. The system will also include Internet access to the Hotel back office. Future expansion of the System will be as agreed between the parties and will be dependent upon actual demand and the profitability of same.
Installation and Commissioning of the System. Vendor shall submit the pre requisite for preparation of telephone exchange room, UPS and battery room, total power supply requirement and Air Conditioner requirement for the system along with their offer. PCDA(P) will provide the equipment room for the installation as per the pre requisite. Vendor shall make all the arrangement for installation and commissioning of the system along with the accessories in accordance with the schedule of the PCDA(P). The system operation and acceptance test shall be conducted for on site for the final acceptance and certification. The vendor and PCDA(P) teams shall work out the detail of the test and test procedure after placement of the purchase order. The fixing hardware, tools & tackles etc. required for installation of equipment‟s, accessories, ups and battery, electrical equipment etc. shall be arranged by the vendor. The vendor may visit to site and prepare the installation layout in consultation with SAO (EDP), PCDA(P) after allotment of the purchase order.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Installation and Maintenance of Meters The Servicer shall cause to be installed, replaced and maintained meters in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices.

  • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that inspection and testing of facilities may be undertaken as facilities are completed and need not await completion of all of the facilities that a Constructing Entity is building.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties. The location of such facilities and staff shall be at the principal administrative offices of the Company and the Bank, or at such other site or sites customary for such offices.

  • Decommissioning The expenditure for Decommissioning will be estimated on the basis of technical studies undertaken by the Contractor, to be agreed by the National Petroleum Agency, as part of each Field Development Program and revised as necessary.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.
