PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BONDS Prior to commencement of any Construction services, Design-Builder shall furnish performance and payment bonds as set forth herein, each in an amount equal to the GMP, less the costs for architectural design and engineering services. All bonds shall be provided by a California admitted surety as defined in Code of Civil Procedure § 995.120. Personal sureties and unregistered sureties are unacceptable.
