Inspections; Discussion. The City will permit, at any reasonable time and from time to time during the City’s regular business hours and upon reasonable notice, the Bank or any of its agents or representatives to examine and make copies of and abstracts from the records and books of accounts of the City relating to the Systems, and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Systems with City officials.

Inspections; Discussion. The Borrower will permit the Lender or its representatives, at any reasonable time during Borrower’s normal business hours at the request of the Lender to the extent that the Borrower is not legally precluded from permitting access thereto; to visit the offices of Borrower, and inspect the real properties of the Borrower on an annual basis; examine and make copies of and take abstracts from the records and books of account of the Borrower; and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower, with the appropriate officers of the Borrower or the Borrower; provided, however, that the Borrower shall not own any real properties.

  • Inspections and Testing Each Interconnected Entity shall perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Interconnected Entity shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to request reasonable additional testing of an Interconnected Entity’s facilities for good cause, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • OIG INSPECTION, AUDIT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS ‌ In addition to any other rights OIG may have by statute, regulation, or contract, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may conduct interviews, examine or request copies of Xxxxxx’x books, records, and other documents and supporting materials and/or conduct on-site reviews of any of Xxxxxx’x locations for the purpose of verifying and evaluating: (a) Xxxxxx’x compliance with the terms of this IA and (b) Xxxxxx’x compliance with the requirements of the Federal health care programs. The documentation described above shall be made available by Xxxxxx to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or reproduction. Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview Xxxxxx and any of Xxxxxx’x employees or contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. Xxxxxx shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIG’s request. Xxxxxx’x employees and contractors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of Xxxxxx present.

  • Inspections and Tests 26.1 The Supplier shall at its own expense and at no cost to the Procuring Entity carry out all such tests and/or inspections of the Goods and Related Services as are specified in the SCC.

  • Search, Enquiry, Investigation, Examination And Verification a.   • Written Examination The content of any written examination will be scaled appropriately to the level of the position being considered. All written tests will be structured and administered to each given rank level. Written tests will be designated a general knowledge level or standards designated where rank and position warrant specialization. The Sheriff will determine where general or specialized standard testing is warranted. Personnel will be advised well in advance of testing as to the nature of the test to be administered. The Sheriff shall prepare the written examination or secure it from a professional testing agency.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.

  • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that inspection and testing of facilities may be undertaken as facilities are completed and need not await completion of all of the facilities that a Constructing Entity is building.

  • Inspections The Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property as often as deemed necessary by the Servicer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices to assure itself that the value of the Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, if any Mortgage Loan is more than 45 days delinquent, the Servicer promptly shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and shall conduct subsequent inspections in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. Upon request, the Servicer shall produce an electronic report of each such inspection.
