Inspections and Reporting. Those persons who have been authorized by a Party, by prior notice to the Operator, will, at that Party’s sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to such portions of the Pluto Property (for greater certainty, including such technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Pluto Property in the possession of the Operator) as the Party may have authorized. The Operator will furnish each Party with quarterly progress reports on operations and with a final report on conclusion of each Operating Program. Each quarterly report will be supported with such technical and other data, information and reports as are appropriate to reflect the operations for the period. Each quarterly and final report will include a presentation comparing Costs incurred to those planned according to the approved Operating Program. The final report will show all the operations conducted or performed during the operating year and any revenues and Costs experienced, and will be accompanied by the Operator’s discussion and analysis of the results of operations and the financial condition of the Joint Venture.

Inspections and Reporting. JPB or its contractor shall provide all flagging and signal inspection required in connection with construction of said Project and Improvements. JPB will allow City to inspect improvements that will be maintained and operated by the City. JPB Resident Engineer and/or inspector shall coordinate with City on inspection schedule. JPB will keep City informed of progress of construction and will coordinate public outreach with City. City will designate their point of contact for construction coordination. JPB will consult with City on any changes to the contract plans that affect City maintained and operated facilities, or in areas where the City has had substantial input (including, but not limited to, traffic control plans and public outreach). JPB’s contractor shall be responsible to maintain proper traffic control at all times.
Inspections and Reporting. Tenant shall conduct regular inspections of the Leased Property to insure that the Leased Property is being properly maintained as set forth in this Lease. Tenant shall document and photograph, if requested, any conditions that it believes require Landlord to repair and provide a copy of the documentation and photographs to Landlord. Landlord shall provide any Capital Maintenance and Repairs deemed necessary in a timely manner. If Landlord requires the alteration or closure of any portion of the Leased Property in order to perform its obligations hereunder, Landlord shall give Tenant no less than twelve
Inspections and Reporting. Buyer shall have the right at all reasonable times to inspect, test and expedite all goods and services, whether at Buyer’s location or any other location. Neither Buyer’s exercise nor failure to exercise such rights shall relieve Seller of its obligations hereunder or be deemed an acceptance or a waiver of defects. Seller must submit engineering, procurement and production status reports as may be required by Xxxxx. The goods are subject to final inspection and acceptance by Xxxxx, notwithstanding any prior inspection, any passage of title, or any payments hereunder. Seller shall require in each subcontract, if any, that the Subcontractor afford Buyer the access and inspection rights set forth herein. If such tests or inspections indicate that the goods fail to satisfy such requirements, Seller shall, at its sole expense, remedy such deficiencies.

JPB’s contractor shall be responsible to maintain proper traffic control at all times. The City shall have fourteen (14) calendar days to inspect work following written notice from JPB. If no comments are received by the JPB within fourteen (14) calendar days after notification of complete work, the item will be considered approved by the City.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish a report of all services provided under the Contract during each quarterly period, no later than the 15th of the month following the close of each quarter. Purchases by Non-State agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. A template for such report is included herein as Attachment 5 – Report of Contract Usage. The report must be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided. All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2007 or 2003 (or as otherwise directed by OGS), via electronic mail to the attention of the individual identified on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, the Award Number, Contract Number, sales period, and Contractor’s (or other authorized agent) name, and all other fields required, using the report template provided. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template. Additional related sales information and/or detailed Authorized User purchases may be required by OGS and must be supplied within 30 days upon request.
