INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS. 31 A. ADMINISTRATOR, any authorized representative of COUNTY, any authorized representative 32 33 of the State of California, the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, 33 34 the Comptroller General of the United States, or any other of their authorized representatives, shall have 34 35 access to any books, documents, and records, including but not limited to, medical and client records, of 35 36 CONTRACTOR that are directly pertinent to this Agreement, for the purpose of responding to a 36 37 beneficiary complaint or conducting an audit, review, evaluation, or examination, or making transcripts 37 1 during the periods of retention set forth in the Records Management and Maintenance paragraph of this 1 2 Agreement. Such persons may at all reasonable times inspect or otherwise evaluate the services 2 3 provided pursuant to this Agreement, and the premises in which they are provided.

INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS. 31 13 A. ADMINISTRATOR, any authorized representative of COUNTY, any authorized representative 32 14 of the State of California, the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, 33 15 the Comptroller General of the United States, or any other of their authorized representatives, shall have 34 16 access to any books, documents, and records, including but not limited to, medical and client cClient records, 17 of 35 CONTRACTOR that are directly pertinent to this Agreement, for the purpose of responding to a 36 18 beneficiary complaint or conducting an audit, review, evaluation, or examination, or making transcripts 37 19 during the periods of retention set forth in the Records Management and Maintenance paragraph of this 1 20 Agreement. ADMINISTRATOR, any authorized representative of COUNTY, any authorized representative 32 22 of the State of California, the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, 33 23 the Comptroller General of the United States, or any other of their authorized representatives, shall have 34 24 access to any books, documents, and records, including but not limited to, financial statements, general 25 ledgers, relevant accounting systems, medical and client participantclient records, of 35 CONTRACTOR that are directly pertinent to this Agreement, for the purpose of responding to a 36 beneficiary complaint or 27 conducting an audit, review, evaluation, or examination, or making transcripts 37 during the periods of 28 retention set forth in the Records Management and Maintenance paragraph Paragraph of this 1 Agreement. Such 29 persons may at all reasonable times inspect or otherwise evaluate the services 2 provided pursuant to this 30 Agreement, and the premises in which they are provided.
