Common use of Inspection Procedures Clause in Contracts

Inspection Procedures. 6.1.1 All work to be carried out on the Aircraft and all materials and parts thereof will be open to inspection during business hours by duly authorized representatives of the Buyer or its designee at the respective works of the Associated Contractors and, subject to coordination and agreement with their relevant subcontractors, at the works of such respective subcontractors. The representatives will have access to such relevant technical data as are reasonably necessary for this purpose (except that, if access to any part of the respective works where construction is in progress or materials or parts are stored is restricted for security reasons, the Associated Contractors will be allowed a reasonable time to make the items available for inspection elsewhere).
