Inspection of Vehicles. A. Vehicles are to be inspected daily and maintained by the Contractor.
Inspection of Vehicles. Employees shall have the right to refuse any vehicles that will not meet joint inspection of the Employer and the employee at the time of receiving vehicles for transportation because of damages, lack of tools, tires and other equipment unless such notations are noted upon delivery slips, or inspection forms releasing such employee from the responsibility for same. A driver will not be required to load any unit with a dead battery, nor will the driver be required to load any unit that will not run or any unit with an undersized tire.
Inspection of Vehicles. The Operator shall adhere to all efforts to ensure the safety and security of their customers and employees as well as the passengers and employees of the Airport. The Operator will be required to send their employees to training by the Airport Police or Airport Security personnel on how to inspect a vehicle for security purposes. The Operator’s personnel, who staff the Concession at the Airport (the “attendants”), shall immediately inspect all vehicles entering the Valet Parking Drop-Off and Pick-Up Area for security purposes and for determining prior exterior damage to the vehicles (the “Vehicle Inspection”). The attendant shall notify the Airport’s Communication Center immediately upon finding any suspicious activity or suspicious items while performing a Vehicle Inspection.
Inspection of Vehicles. Each Permittee ground transportation vehicle shall have a valid state inspection decal in accordance with the Code of Virginia, and the Commission shall have the authority to inspect the decal to verify that a vehicle is in compliance with the Code of Virginia regarding requirements for pre-arranged ground transportation vehicles.
Inspection of Vehicles. Contractor shall inspect each Collection vehicle daily to ensure that all equipment is operating properly. Collection vehicles that are not operating properly shall be removed from service until repaired and operating properly. Contractor shall regularly inspect each Collection vehicle to ensure it meets the requirements of the California Vehicle Code and the California Highway Patrol. Contractor shall provide to the City copies of its Biannual Inspection of Terminal ("BIT") inspection reports to City within 30 days of its receipt of such reports. Contractor shall make all records related to its vehicles available to City upon request by the City Manager. City may cause or require any Collection vehicle used in performance of this Agreement to be inspected and tested at any time and in such manner as may be appropriate to determine that the vehicle is being maintained in compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. Upon request, Contractor shall furnish City a written inventory of all equipment, including Collection Vehicles, used in providing service pursuant to this Agreement. This inventory shall list all equipment by manufacturer, ID number, date of acquisition, type and capacity. Any Collection Vehicle that the City Manager deems inappropriate for use in City for any reason (including its appearance) shall be removed from service in City, until such time as the City Manager determines the issue regarding said Collection vehicle is corrected.
Inspection of Vehicles. Operator shall at all time permit the City to inspect Operator's vehicles and related business records for purposes of monitoring compliance with the agreement and/or with any inspection procedures implemented by the City. Vehicles are subject to periodic inspection to assure continued compliance with the agreement. Failure to make any vehicle available for inspection without good cause or failure of any vehicle to pass inspection, in the sole determination of the City, may result in a breach of this agreement by Operator, resulting in a forfeiture of performance bond.
Inspection of Vehicles. Employees are required to perform routine daily inspections of their vehicles, i.e. forklifts, on which they work, including the checking of items such as water, oil, tyres, lights, safety equipment, hydraulic hoses, couplings, computer and electrical equipment and perform basic maintenance and cleaning of such where required.
Inspection of Vehicles. CNLV and CLV shall inspect each vehicle for aesthetic damage, as well as wear and tear or mechanical issues prior to the delivery of the Vehicles to CLV, and the parties will prepare a list of the damage or wear and tear found, or mechanical issues present prior to delivery. If determined by both parties to be a safety concern, CNLV will fix the damage, wear and tear or mechanical issues found by the parties prior to delivery of the damaged vehicle.
Inspection of Vehicles. The Operator’s personnel, who staff the Concession at the Airport (the “Attendants”), shall immediately inspect all vehicles entering the Valet Parking Drop-Off and Pick-Up Area for security purposes and for determining prior exterior damage to the vehicles (the “Vehicle Inspection”). Prior to conducting and performing the Vehicle Inspections, Attendants shall receive training in how to perform the security portion of the Vehicle Inspections, which excludes the inspection for prior exterior damage. The Attendant shall notify the Airport’s Communication Center immediately upon finding any suspicious activity or suspicious items while performing a Vehicle Inspection (all in accordance with the Attendant’s training). The Attendant’s should notify the security officers when oversized vehicles check in with valet parking.
