Inspection of Register. 3.4.1 The Manager and Trustee shall procure that the Registrar shall at all reasonable times during Business Hours give the Manager, the Trustee and their respective representatives access to the Register and all subsidiary documents and records relating thereto and allow them to inspect and to take copies of the same with or without notice and without charge but neither the Manager, the Trustee nor their respective representatives shall be entitled to remove the same (save in the case where the Manager or the Trustee is required to produce the Register to a court of competent jurisdiction or otherwise as required by law) or to make any entries therein or alterations thereto; and except when the Register is closed in accordance with Clause 3.5, the Register shall during Business Hours (subject to such reasonable restrictions as the Registrar may impose but so that not less than two hours in each Business Day shall be allowed for inspection) be open to the inspection of any Holder, without charge PROVIDED THAT if the Register is kept on magnetic tape or in accordance with some other mechanical or electrical system, the provisions of this Clause 3.4 may be satisfied by the production of legible evidence of the contents of the Register.
