Inspections at Eastern Water Reclamation Facility (EWRF) will be allowed on Tuesday, May 4th and May 11th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Inspections at Northwest Water Reclamation Facility (NWRF) will be allowed on Thursday, May 6th and May 13th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Untimely requests for inspection shall not be accommodated. Failure to visually inspect the facilities prior to quote submittal may be cause for disqualification of your quote. The Quoter shall acknowledge completed worksite inspection below. If the Quoter has previously completed this scope of work at this worksite please acknowledge this in writing to be included in the quote submittal. INSPECTION OF FACILITIES/AREAS. It is the Proposer’s responsibility to become fully informed as to the nature and extent of the work required, local site conditions and any other factors that may impact performance of the contract. Proposers are urged to visit the current County identified Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction Sites (TDSRS) to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may impact the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the sites constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Sites are subject to change based on availability and environmental conditions. The Contractor may propose their own sites subject to County approval and at no cost to the County. PROPOSAL FORMAT The County reserves the right to award a contract pursuant to this RFP without further discussion with proposers.   • Inspection of Facilities In order to meet their respective obligations under this Agreement, any Party may view or inspect facilities owned by another Party. Provided that reasonable notice is given, a Party shall not unreasonably deny access to relevant facilities for viewing or inspection by the requesting Party.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association will be allowed to use school facilities for meetings upon request to and approval of the Superintendent. The Association will be allowed to use school equipment, including typewriters, computers, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay the cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.

  • Inspection of Plant The State Purchasing Agent or his/her designee may inspect, at any reasonable time, the part of the Contractor's, or any subcontractor's plant or place of business, which is related to the performance of this contract.

  • Maintenance of Facilities 5.1 The Network Customer shall maintain its facilities necessary to reliably receive capacity and energy from the Host Transmission Owner’s transmission system consistent with Good Utility Practice. The Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner, as appropriate, may curtail service under this Operating Agreement to limit or prevent damage to generating or transmission facilities caused by the Network Customer’s failure to maintain its facilities in accordance with Good Utility Practice, and the Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner may seek as a result any appropriate relief from the Commission.

  • Use of Facilities and Services Subject to the rules of the University and the terms of this Agreement, the UFF shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other university-related organizations which are defined as follows: University-Related Groups and Organizations. These groups and organizations may or may not receive budgetary support. Examples of such groups include student organizations, honor societies, fraternities, sororities, alumni associations, faculty committees, University Support Personnel Systems council, direct support organizations, the United Faculty of Florida, etc.

  • Provision of Facilities 8.10 The Board shall provide the Association with two adjacent serviced wheelchair accessible offices, free of charge, and the use of the internal University postal service.
