Inspection Fee. In order to be eligible to receive support services as Set out herein for Product that has not been previously supported, for Product where support has lapsed and/or for Other Product, the following shall apply:
Inspection Fee. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as an item of Additional Rent, an annual fee for Landlord's cost of inspecting the Facility (the "Inspection Fee"). The Inspection Fee shall be payable on January 30 of each Lease Year, including the Extended Term. Inspection Fee. The words "Inspection Fee" shall mean and refer to an approximate charge of $350.00 due and payable to the Lender, for each and every inspection visit, regardless of the number of lots inspected, and may at Lender's option, be deducted from the amount of any Loan Disbursement or advance under the Loan.
