Common use of Inspection and Use Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Use. Upon collection of the Equipment, you agree to inspect the Equipment and report to Nikon any and all defects, damage or malfunctions in the Equipment at that time. You are wholly responsible for proper and careful use of the Equipment and keeping the Equipment in the same condition throughout, and shall not remove, modify or alter or permit the removal, modification or alteration of any part of the Equipment, including markings indicating Nikon's ownership of the Equipment. You shall not use the Equipment for any unlawful purpose.
