Inspection and Repairs. The Lessor and its representatives may enter the Leased Premises at all times to examine their condition and to make such modifications which they deem necessary or useful for the operation and the proper maintenance of the Immovable or of its electro-mechanical systems.
Inspection and Repairs. Subject to any requirements provided by applicable law, Lessor (including any managing agent or vendor authorized by Lessor) shall have the right to enter the apartment at reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection, inventory, maintenance, pest control, repairs, leaving notices, removing health and safety hazards, and allowing entry by law enforcement officers.

Inspection and Repairs. Lessor shall have the right to inspect the leased premises at all reasonable times and the right to enter the same for the purpose of cleaning, repairing, altering or improving the same, or the Building, but nothing contained in this lease shall be construed so as to impose any obligation on Lessor to make any repairs, alterations or improvements except as expressly provided in Section 9. In no event shall Lessor enter any portion of the leased premises without giving Lessee reasonable advance notice, other than in the case of an emergency or entrance in conjunction with normal janitorial work. Moreover, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessor acknowledges that a portion of the leased premises will be used for banking activities. As a result, Lessor hereby agrees that it will comply with reasonable security measures required by Lessee for security reasons or for regulatory compliance reasons (e.g., Lessor shall have no access whatsoever to Lessee’s vault and Lessor’s janitors shall work with lessee’s alarm company to ensure the integrity of Lessee’s alarm system.)
Inspection and Repairs. If Classic advances costs for transporting of cars, repairs, service and detailing, the expenses will be reimbursed at cost. It is our goal to maximize the net sales value to the Consignor. It is also crucial that Classic discloses accurately the condition of the car to buyers. Inspection and Repairs to property, its fixtures, appliances, furnishings, and facilities may be made by Landlord, its representative(s), or subcontractor(s), during the rental period. Tenant must allow access to the Property to Landlord, its representative(s), repairmen, and to other real estate agents and potential buyers upon reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Landlord will make every effort to schedule access to the Property so as to not unduly interfere with Tenant’s vacation, but Tenant understands that such access must be granted upon request.
Inspection and Repairs. Owner expressly authorizes that Broker may complete reasonably necessary repairs for proper maintenance of the Property. Such actions may include, but not limited to, making or arranging for periodic inspections, and arranging for and supervising all required maintenance and repairs. All costs chargeable to the Lessee in virtue of these presents must be paid on demand as additional rental. Any unpaid amount shall bear interest at the annual rate of twenty-four percent (24%) as at the due date of payment.
