Inspection and Records to inspect the Collateral whenever the Secured Party considers it appropriate to do so, and to inspect, review, audit and copy any or all information relating thereto or to the Collateral or to any other transactions between the parties hereto wherever and however such information is stored, and for such purposes may at any time with or without notice enter into and upon any lands, buildings and premises where the Collateral or any such information is or may be;
Inspection and Records. 6.7.1. JPS shall have the right at its sole cost and expense, to visit, observe and examine any Generating Unit and/or the Facility and/or the operation thereof upon reasonable advance notice to the Company, for the purpose of facilitating the technical operation and administration of this Agreement. Such visits and observations shall not be construed as an endorsement by JPS of the design or operation of the Complex nor as a warranty by JPS of the safety, durability or reliability of the Complex and shall not give rise to any liability on the part of JPS under this Agreement, save and except where damage and/or loss is caused by the negligence of JPS or its agents.
Inspection and Records. Undersigned will at all times maintain accurate books and records covering the Collateral. Lender is hereby given the right and privilege of making such inspections of the records as it deems necessary and of auditing or causing an audit for verification of the books and records of the Undersigned and relating to the Collateral at any time and from time to time. Undersigned agrees to assist Lender in every way necessary to facilitate such audits and verifications.
Inspection and Records. The Borrower will permit the Lender and any agent of the Lender to visit and inspect any of its properties, corporate books, financial records, grain and inventory warehouses, and grain and ethanol and distiller's grains inventory records, and to discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with its principal officers and independent public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as the Lender may reasonably request. At the request of Lender, the Borrower shall permit, and will cooperate with the Lender in arranging for, inspections from time to time of the Borrower's facilities and audits of the Collateral. The Borrower acknowledges that any reports and inspections conducted or generated by the Lender or its agents or representatives, shall be made for the sole benefit of the Lender and not for the benefit of the Borrower or any third party, and the Lender does not assume any liability, responsibility or obligation to the Borrower or any third party by reason of such inspections or reports. The reasonable costs and expenses of such audits and inspections made by the Lender shall be paid or reimbursed by the Borrower.
Inspection and Records. A. While the Aircraft is leased to Lessee, Lessor shall have the right to inspect the Aircraft and the required maintenance records at any reasonable time and on reasonable notice (except in the case of an Event of Default where no notice is required) so as not to delay Lessee's flights or unreasonably interfere with Lessee's or any permitted Sublessee's operations, including periods during which the Aircraft is undergoing maintenance. Subject to the preceding sentence, such inspection shall not restrict Lessor from opening any panels, bays, doors, etc., which are normally opened during such maintenance. Upon request, Lessee will advise Lessor of the maintenance schedule of the Aircraft for the following year and Lessor shall be entitled to have a representative present at the location of any "C" check or "D" check at all times during which the work is being performed.
Inspection and Records. Owner shall maintain records which clearly document Owner’s performance of its obligations to operate the Property under the terms of this Covenant Agreement. Owner shall submit any records to the City within ten (10) business days of the City’s request. Owner shall permit the City to enter and inspect the Property for compliance with obligations under this Covenant Agreement upon twenty-four (24) hours advance notice to Owner or Owner’s management agent of such visit by the City. Owner’s rental agreements with the tenants of the Project shall also provide for periodic inspection of the Project units for health and safety reasons.

Borrower shall submit any records to City within ten (10) business days after City’s request. Borrower shall permit City to enter and inspect the Development for compliance with obligations under this Agreement upon twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of such visit by City to Borrower or Borrower’s management agent and to tenants of any Assisted Unit.
Inspection and Records. Licensee shall follow generally accepted accounting practices and will maintain accurate royalty records for three years after each payment. For the sole purpose of verifying net sales payable to Pearland ISD, and upon written notice to Licensee, Pearland ISD or its designated representative shall have the right upon 30 days written notice to Licensee, but not more than once per year, to conduct a reasonable inspection of the books and records of Licensee. Such inspection shall be conducted on Licensee’s premises, during regular business hours, and in a manner that minimizes disruption to Licensee.
