Common use of Inspection and Out-of-Box Failures Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Out-of-Box Failures. The Board reserves the right to inspect all Materials upon delivery to adequately demonstrate that the Materials meet all of the specifications. Materials that do not conform to the specifications or that are otherwise damaged must either, at the Board’s discretion, be retrieved by Provider (at Provider’s expense) for replacement at no charge to the Board.
